Service Description

Yoga inversion can increase blood circulation and lymphatic drainage to help deliver oxygen and nutrients throughout the body and remove waste products. Inverted poses help stimulate venous blood flow from the pelvis toward the heart, where it's then sent to the lungs to be reoxygenated.

Cancellation Policy

Shan Yoga and Dance Membership Registration Terms and Conditions: 1) All packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. 2) 30 times and 40 times packages are shareable to one other person, either friend or family member but using one fixed account. 3) Shan is not responsible for booking or cancellation of any classes. All bookings shall be done by members. 4) Expiration dates automatically take effect unless extended by the student before the expiration. 5) There will be NO suspension for all packages except special situation like medical issue or needs to have long travel . Both need to show related documents as prove accordingly. Extension duration minimum one month up to 3 months as mention above. 6) All classes less than 4 pax will be cancelled within 8 hours before classes. ( Notifications will be sent through the system, email and in the group chat ). Please kindly take note that there could be adjustments of classes monthly. No classes will be conducted on Public Holidays. 7) Members need to do their cancellations at least 3 hours before classes by themselves, otherwise the system will deduct the number of classes in the account accordingly. 8) Unlimited package members exceeding 3 times absence without cancelling their lessons will be suspended one week for class bookings 善瑜舞会员须知： 1）凡是购买次卡或年卡都不可以退款、转让和兑换。 2）购买30次卡或以上的会员可以和朋友或亲人共享，不过订课只限一名账号 3）善瑜舞不帮任何次卡会员订课或取消课程，所有操作会员用Apps自行执行 4）所有次卡会员：即将过期用不完，你可以再添置购买新配套以做延期，要不然将会被自动取消。其他无限制年卡要将在过期之前续购。 5）善瑜舞没有停卡服务，只有特殊情况才办理 （如生病受伤导致不能来上课， 需要有医生证明； 出国有机票为证）办理停卡至少有一个月，最多3个月才可办理。 6）善瑜舞所有课程满4人才开课，不满的将会在8小时之前取消课程。（取消通知会通过系统、邮件，信息）每月课程时间和老师将会有所调整。公共假期没有课。 7）会员如果临时没办法上课，取消课程至少要在3小时之前自己通过系统取消，（过了3个小时后即使你没来上课，系统也会自动扣除此课） 8）无限制上课的会员订了课没有来上课，在系统也没有取消，三次以后系统会关闭你的配套一周
